  • Quotes & Estimates: Service quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes.
  • Payment Terms: Full or partial payment may be required before starting a service or shipping products. Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before a scheduled service. Refunds for products are only available for unused items in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee (if applicable).

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access & Cooperation: For on-site services, you must provide safe access to the premises and necessary information for us to complete the job.
  • Data Backup: We recommend backing up your data before any IT service. Cloud 504 is not liable for data loss unless explicitly caused by negligence.

5. Warranties & Liability

  • Service Warranty: We guarantee our services for 30 days. If an issue arises within this period due to our work, we’ll fix it at no extra charge.
  • Product Warranty: Products sold through Cloud 504 come with the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. We can assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer decisions.
  • Liability Limitation: To the extent permitted by law, Cloud 504 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or property damage arising from the use of our services or products.
