Cloud 504 provides professional technology services, including IT support, security systems, voice solutions, audio/video installations, and structured cabling. Because our offerings are primarily service-based, refunds and adjustments are handled differently than physical retail products.
Please review the policy below before requesting service.
Service Fees & Scheduling
Some services require a booking or inspection fee at the time of scheduling. This fee secures technician availability, covers preliminary review, and allows proper preparation for your request.
Scheduling fees are non-refundable once a service appointment has been confirmed.
On-Site Inspections & Quotes
On-site inspections and assessments are billed as a flat-rate service. These fees are non-refundable, as time and resources are allocated regardless of whether follow-up work is approved.
Service Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the scheduling fee

Emergency cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Completed Services
Once a service has been performed or an installation has begun, labor charges are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

On-site technical support

Network configuration
-
Cabling installation

Camera or A/V device installation

System configuration and troubleshooting
Equipment & Materials
If Cloud 504 supplies equipment or materials as part of a project:

Unopened equipment may be eligible for return within 7 days, subject to vendor return policies

Opened, installed, or configured equipment is non-returnable

Special-order items are non-refundable
Restocking fees may apply.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Partial Adjustments
In certain situations, partial credits may be issued at Cloud 504’s discretion, such as:
Late or Missing Refunds
If you believe a refund is missing:

Service Disputes
Concerns about workmanship or service quality must be reported within 7 days of service completion so we can review and address the issue promptly.
